Your oder will be recorded here in our cart mall,and when your fund is sent to us,your order will be arranged in 8hours.We will collect and package your order within 24hours after checking right your fund.Then you will get your order tracking numbers within 24hours after order shipping .
Please note your right shipping information in your order,if exchanged,please email us here support@FbiKey.com within 12hours.

We do order shipping door to door and dropshipping via international air express,with freight time within one week.

Return Policy
1.No refunds. Unless the incorrect items you received! ( What you see and order on our website are what you get in 7-9days! )

2.If you want to change or return your orders,first your must ask a feedback request on our site,we will report to our factory and reply you soonest within 12hours.After getting reply from our factory,please send it back within 7 days and be responsible for the shipping. (Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packing, and accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your ordered item for another one.)

Please Note:

• Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
• Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
• Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
• We cannot accept COD returns.

Exchanges

There are 2 ways to make an exchange:
1. We can enter a new order for you, charge your card again, and ship the new item. Then, when something is returned back to us we will refund you accordingly.
2. Send back the original pair with a copy of your receipt and a note asking for an exchange. Once we receive the original pair back, we will enter a new order for you and refund the original order.
